A/ Past medical history:
Alergies, medicaments, pregnancy, delivery operations, illness, accidents, difficulties smoking, alcohol, drugs
B/ Clinical examination:
pulse, blood pressure, ECG, head, neck, thorax, abdomen, heart, CNS ( fits-epileptic ), psychiatric difficulties
C/ Laboratory tests:
- full blood count-red cell count, haemoglobin, haematocrit leucocyte count, platelet count
- coagulation tests -partial thromboplastin time (PTT) -international normalised ratio (INR)
- sodium, potassium, chloride
- urea, kreatinin
- glucose (glykemie)
- liver function tests • HbsAg (hepatitis)
Examination has to be closed with healthcondition of the patient and degree of operation risk. Period of validity 1 month.
